PAYMENT METHODS
ARTISTICO WORLD accept cards, cash, cryptocurrency, commodities, google and apple pay, money sending, check and electronic bill as payment method. When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card provider to authorise this amount. If we get a valid authorisation, your card provider will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your card details does not constitute our acceptance of your order. If we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us by email, we are therefore unable to accept your order and payment information by email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order. Also you may pay for the items that you order online on delivery.

ORDERS FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF FINLAND & COSTA RICA
If you choose to access this website from locations outside of Finland and Costa Rica, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customs duties may be payable in some countries and International customers are responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes applicable for the importation of our products into your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we recommend you contact your local customs service for more information. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause a delay to the delivery of your items.
SHIPMENT ARRIVAL TIMES
Your products will be shipped fresh after you place your order, usually the next business day. Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends, holidays and weather. Orders are sent via SEAWAY, DHL, UPS, FEDEX and POST OFFICE.
Business Customers, depending on your location or order, shipping times range from 5 to 30 business days. Private Customers, depending on your location or order, shipping times range from 1 to 5 business days.
However, we cannot guarantee the reliability of the deliver by our methods, on rare occasions, delivery can exceed the time allowed. If you have not received your products within 5 days, please contact us. If your package does not show as delivered through our website after 10 days we will resend your order at no additional charge. The delivery are available for an additional surcharge, but please note that weekends are not a part of the total time calculation for services such as next day.
DELIVERY
Expect delivery of your order, although most items will be dispatched within 24/48 hrs (working hours). If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell to you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer the consumer a refund. Please note that we prepare your order, so we can not always dispatch on the day of order. If you have not received your products within 5 days, please contact us.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, please do not take delivery of the item, but advise the courier to return the package to us. Upon receipt of the goods from the courier company, we we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
You have the right to return a faulty item to us, however this must occur within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted with your proof of purchase. For details on how to return your goods, please contact us.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by email within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods. We will then advise you how to return the incorrect item to us with your proof of purchase, and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and will reimburse your reasonable costs in returning it.
COSTS
We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:
